Yoga and Mindful Movement

Monday afternoons 1pm -2.30pm

Classes consist of mindful movement, breathing techniques,

deep relaxation of Yoga Nidra and meditation.

Cultivate mindfulness.

Reduce levels of stress and anxiety.

Improve overall physical and emotional wellbeing.
