Yoga and gentle excercise

Recent scientific exercise studies have shown yoga can be as effective as pain killers to control chronic pain. Hath Yoga, with emphasis on breathing and relaxation was recommended. Our classes work with both these aspects of a yoga class. Students often report how they have used the yoga breath to control fear and pain during medical procedures.
