Wednesday morning 10:00 – 11:30

Classes consist of mindful movement, breathing techniques, deep relaxation of Yoga Nidra and meditation.

Cultivate mindfulness.

Reduce levels of stress and anxiety.

Release pain and tension.

Improve overall physical and emotional wellbeing.

A well balanced practice taught with a sensitive approach suitable for all.

Jon says “Come and try a yoga class specifically for men. To include posture work, breathing techniques and meditation.
