These drop-in classes offer simple meditation techniques to help us keep a positive outlook on life and let go of negative habits of mind, based on Buddhist philosophy. Everyone is welcome.

Classes are held weekly, on Monday evenings from 7.30pm to 9pm  in The Sitting Room, on the 1st floor. Cost £8.

You can attend the whole course or simply drop in whenever you can as each class is self-contained, or you can just come along to try a session. However, it is beneficial if possible to attend the entire series of classes.
