Two new workshops for the New Year…on Sunday 20th January

Fermented foods have stood the test of time with regards to their beneficial effects on gut health. Would you like to come and join me where I will teach you how to ferment your own vegetables at home and improve your digestion?

We will make our ferments with organic vegetables supplied by Timber in Ringwood.

All attendees will make their own ferments to take home with them after the workshop.

We will make

  • Sauerkraut
  • Kimchi
  • Mixed Fermented vegetables or fermented peppers

Apart from this there will be lots of ferments to taste and have your questions answered.

This will be busy workshop so please come dressed accordingly!
