Longwater Tai Chi is a friendly class that meets most Tuesday afternoons at 2pm for a Tai Chi based Shibashi class.
Everyone is welcome as it is suitable for all ages and all levels of fitness.
This class is not a course, so just book and come when you can.
Set to relaxing music, the class lasts around 45minutes.
Longwater Tai Chi prefer people to pre-book classes through their website to secure your spot, as they like to maintain plenty of space between people and limit numbers.
