Forum Club’s supper introduces a celebrity speaker, Sarah Farmer from BBC weather.

Forum Club were entertained this week by BBC weather’s Sarah Farmer.

Sarah described the preparation she needs to do to present her weather forecast without a script and also how she can pick up her skills as a reporter along the way.

Quite a daredevil, Sarah relishes the challenges of sky-diving and wing-walking to support BBC Children in Need.

She is bringing up her young family in Bournemouth as well as balancing shifts for BBC South Today, and also spends a day a week at Bournemouth University lecturing in Reporting.
