There will be opportunities to ask questions, taste fermented foods and drink as well as coming away with your own jars of Sauerkraut and Kimchi.
How Fermentation is good for the gut
A workshop designed to teach how to successfully ferment vegetables at home to make Sauerkraut and Kimchi. Taste some delicious ferments and learn with others. Come with a friend and learn together. Ask questions, get your confidence growing to start fermenting at home!
Each attendee needs to bring their own sterile glass jars with a lid to the class to take their ferments home with them. We will be chopping and getting stuck in so bring an apron also if you wish. All else will be provided
