These drop-in classes offer simple meditation techniques to help us keep a positive outlook on life and let go of negative habits of mind, based on Buddhist philosophy. Everyone is welcome.

Classes are held weekly, on Monday evenings from 7.30pm to 9pm in the Hilary Christie Room. Cost £7. No need to book in advance. Multiple session discount cards available.
