Greyfriars Welfare Services
Luncheon Club
Every Wednesday a two-course meal is prepared and served to the frail, elderly and socially isolated guests.

Ringwood & District Good Neighourhood Scheme
Helps people in the local community. The type of support offered: appointments at hospitals, doctors, dentists, etc. or any tasks a good neighbour would do. Volunteers to help are always needed.

Ringwood Old Peoples Welfare Association
An umbrella body bringing together some 20 or so local organisations, whose aims include the welfare of the elderly in the district. Funds are obtained from legacies, donations, etc. and are spent on grants to special initiatives that will enhance the quality of life for our senior citizens. Meetings for training in first aid and associated subjects are held in Greyfriars Hall alternate Tuesday evening during school terms.

Young at Heart
A social club for the physically less able, older members of the community meets on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month from 2.30pm – 4.30pm in the Activities Centre.
