The draw is made by the Executive Committee at the monthly meeting. Very simply. The number you are allocated is written in indelible ink on to a small wooden ball. A cloth bag is solemnly passed around the committee table with 10 members each taking one ball while the secretary notes down the lucky winners. The list is pinned to the Office noticeboard and the winners are informed by phone or letter that the prize can be collected from Janet. There is no limit to the number balls which can be put in the bag!
