Affiliated Organisations.
For a small annual fee any society, organisation or club in the Ringwood district can
enjoy the facilities at Greyfriars at reduced rates and take advantage
of the publicity on the Centre noticeboards, this website and in the
quarterly newsletters. A list of those societies follows and reports are in the Newsletter. Greyfriars Clubs are the core of the Community Association. In return for all their members paying the personal subscriptions to Greyfriars (see the About Us page) the
clubs have special room-hire rates and are covered by the Community
Association Public Liabilty insurance.
Both Clubs and affiliated organisations appoint a member each (as a Trustee) to the Association's policy making and governing Council and are thus involved in the Community Centre management. All of them may also take advantage of the publicity of the Greyfriars newsletter and noticeboards and of this website.
