Greyfriars Clubs are the core of the Community Association. All their members are individual members of the Association paying personal subscriptions to the Association (see the About Us page). In consequence the Clubs have specially reduced room hire rates at
Greyfriars and also the benefit of the Community Association Public
Liability and Trustee Indemnity Insurances. Reports of club activities are on the Newsletter page.
Affiliated Organisations. For a small annual affiliation fee any Society or similar organisation in the Ringwood district may also enjoy the facilities at Greyfriars, paying somewhat reduced rates for room hire.
Both Clubs and affiliated organisations appoint a member each (as a
Trustee) to the Association's policy making and governing Council and
are thus involved in the Community Centre management. All of them may
also take advantage of the publicity of the Greyfriars Newsletter and the Centre noticeboards and of this website.
A list of the affiliated organisations is on the Affiliations page and their reports are in the Newsletter.
